These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 78 Branches website and your purchases from 78 Branches LLC ("78 Branches", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who Can Buy

Our store is for adults. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to place an order. Little Branches kits are sold to adults for use by children under adult supervision.

Products & Orders

• We describe products as accurately as we can, but colors, screens, and natural materials (such as crystals) vary from piece to piece, so what you receive may differ slightly from the photos.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example for stock or pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment if we do.
• Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. If a price is shown incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you.
• You agree to give accurate order, shipping, and contact information.

Checkout & Payment

Checkout and payment are handled securely by Shopify. Your use of checkout is also subject to Shopify's terms and privacy practices. Taxes and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping, returns, and refunds are explained on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms. In short, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Product Safety

• Some products contain small parts, crystals, candles, or other items that are not suitable for young children. Follow any age recommendations and safety notes on the product page and packaging.
• Children should use Little Branches kits only with adult supervision.
• Some products may carry a California Proposition 65 warning. See our California Prop 65 page.
• Use candles, crystals, and other products as intended and at your own risk.

Entertainment-Only Disclaimer

Tarot cards, crystals, and related products are sold for entertainment, reflection, and personal enjoyment. Nothing on this site — including the Find Your Branch quiz, card descriptions, and product copy — is a prediction of the future or a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, use automated tools to scrape or overload it, send unlawful or harmful content through it, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Messages You Send Us

When you contact us, you give us permission to use your message to respond to you and to improve our products and service. Please don't send sensitive personal information through the contact form. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The 78 Branches name, logo, tarot content, text, and artwork are owned by 78 Branches LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site and share links to it for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or artwork for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The site links to and relies on third parties, including Shopify. We aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site, including that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 78 Branches is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, where 78 Branches LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, unless the law of your location requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when you place them, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
